How To Enter Notes on the Bank Account's Memo Pad

1. Select the bank record you required from the list of accounts in the Bank Accounts window then click Record. The Bank Record window appears showing the details of the bank you selected. 2. Click the Memo tab. The memo information appears. 3. Enter or edit text as you wish. The text will automatically wrap around onto the next line as you type. Use the DELETE key or BACKSPACE to remove any unwanted characters and use the SPACEBAR to insert extra space within your text. Use the ARROW KEYS to move around the text and press ENTER to start a new paragraph. 4. To save your entries click Save, or to clear any data you entered and start again click Discard. 5. To exit the Bank Record and return to the main Bank Accounts window, click Close.
