Group endorses Agoda for Senate

UGHELLI—A pressure group in Delta Central, the Urhobo Rennaissance Movement has endorsed Hon. Halims Agoda of the All Progressives Congress, APC, as its preferred choice for the Senate. In a statement signed by its leaders, Adaigo Ojadonor and Gideon Mukoro, in Ughelli yesterday, the group insisted that Hon. Agoda was undoubtedly the right material to represent the senatorial district in the Senate if Urhoboland is determined to make political progress in an era of uncertainty and fast-paced change. According to the duo, “Hon. Agoda’s undisputed humility, love for the common man, and commitment to meaningful causes important to the entire Urhobo nation have set him apart, head and shoulders above those currently in the race for the Senate with him from Delta Central.” The group also canvassed a landslide victory for Agoda across Delta Central on account of his achievements in the course of his legislative career, which according to it has brought untold pride to his constituents.
